The sections

Overview

Your next session sits at the top with a countdown, the therapist, the service and a Join secure room button when it’s time. Below that, what’s coming up and quick links to your therapist, your funding and your documents.

Preferences

Every matching question on one page. Change anything and your next shortlist is built from it — see Find a therapist. This is also the fastest way to widen a search that’s returning nobody: relax the language, price or location answer.

Messages

Messaging is being rolled out. Until it’s live everywhere, arrange changes with your therapist by the contact details on their profile or in your confirmation email.
For scheduling, worksheets and short check-ins. Therapists reply within one business day. Messages are encrypted and stored with your clinical record.
Messaging is not a crisis channel and is not monitored around the clock. If you’re in immediate danger, call 000 or Lifeline on 13 11 14.

Documents

Document upload is being rolled out. In the meantime, bring referrals to your first session or send them to your therapist directly.
Referrals, worksheets, resources, signed forms and outcome measures, sorted by kind. Accepts PDF, JPG and PNG up to 20 MB. Uploads go into your clinical record and are visible to the therapists you nominate. A panel on the page shows who can currently see what.

Settings

Photo, preferred name, legal name, pronouns, date of birth, email, mobile and address. Your preferred name is what therapists see first.
Emergency contact, their relationship to you, a contact number, and your GP. Only your treating therapists see this.
Session reminders by SMS, an email when a therapist replies (never including the message contents), a weekly check-in prompt, and product news. Each can be turned off.
Share outcome measures with your care team; contribute de-identified data to research — aggregate outcomes only, never notes, transcripts or identifying details; and hide your profile from therapist search, so therapists can only find you if you’ve booked with them.
Change your password, turn on two-factor authentication, and review active sessions.
Export your full record, or close your account. Closing removes your profile, but therapists must retain clinical notes for seven years under Australian law.

Saved therapists

Your saved list works whether or not you’re signed in, and nobody on it has been contacted. Signing in moves the list from your device onto your account. Passed therapists are kept in a collapsible section, with Deal these again to reconsider them.
