Choose your slot
1
Pick a service
Each service has its own duration and price. An initial consultation is often longer and priced
differently from a review session.
2
Pick how you'll meet
Online, in person, or a home visit, from whichever the therapist offers.
3
Pick where
For in-person work, which clinic. For a home visit, your suburb. If you’re outside their usual
travel area there’s an option for that too — they’ll confirm before the visit.
4
Pick a date and time
Times are grouped into Morning, Afternoon and Evening.
Checkout
Step 1 — your details
Your phone number, which is optional, and What would you like to work on?, also optional. That second box goes to the therapist before the session. You don’t have to fill it in.There’s no guest checkout. An account is how you get your receipts, your documents and your video
link — and how the therapist knows who they’re seeing. If you sign in from here, your chosen time is
held and you come straight back to it.
Step 2 — payment
Your card is charged now, and the money is held until the session happens. The summary beside the form shows the therapist, service, duration, when, how, where, and the total, plus a Change service or time link and the cancellation policy in one line.Booking rules
Two people can’t buy the same hour. If a slot goes while you’re at checkout you’ll be told, rather than double-booked.
If you reload the payment page, you’re returned to the same payment rather than charged twice.
Confirmation
- Your session is booked
- Confirming your payment
You’ll see the therapist, service, when, how, where and what you paid, with links to your sessions
and to what happens next. You’ll get an email with your confirmation, the video link or address, and the therapist’s
cancellation terms in writing.
If the therapist can’t take payment yet
If a therapist hasn’t finished setting up payments, you’ll see a message saying so, with an invitation to message them instead. It isn’t a fault on your side and it doesn’t affect your account.Booking with a support worker
Disability support workers are engaged by the hour on a roster rather than booked by the appointment. Their page has a request form instead of a checkout — see Therapist profiles.Next
