# Open Therapy for clients

> What you can do on Open Therapy as someone looking for a therapist, and where to start.

Open Therapy helps you find a therapist who fits, book with them directly, and keep everything about your care in one place. You can be seen online, at a clinic, or at home.

## What it costs

You pay the therapist's published price and nothing more. No booking fee, no surcharge, no subscription required.

## Who you can see

Open Therapy lists verified practitioners across fourteen care types, including:

## The three ways to meet

| Mode           | What it means                                                        |
| -------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Online**     | Secure video, from anywhere. You get an encrypted link.              |
| **In person**  | At the therapist's clinic. The address comes with your confirmation. |
| **Home visit** | Where the therapist offers it, within their travel radius.           |

## Your account

Once you've booked, everything lives in one place: sessions, receipts, documents, your private journal, and the answers behind your matches.
